Method of payment and taxes

Deposit payments: can be made easily by credit card HERE. Only VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted as online payments.

Method of payment: At check out we accept payment in cash (up to € 4.999,00), cheques, cash cards, Visa and Euro/MasterCard and American Express.

Taxes: Italian Law requires the payment of a tourist tax amounting to € 3.40 per person per night, not included in the total cost of the booking, to be paid directly to the Hotel. Children of less than 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

There is always the possibility of an unforeseen event prior to any trip. Delays in departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay may render you liable to the payment of penalties. We would advise you to take into consideration our travel insurance scheme “Europäische Reiseversicherung AG” which also covers a Covid-19 illness before arrival.

Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am.

Guests travelling to Val Gardena by plane, bus or train may send their luggage in advance.

Booking and cancellation policy

  • The booking policy guarantees only the selected room category; the exact room number and view will be assigned based on availability.
  • A deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
  • In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we will grant a rescheduling of the stay. However, the deposit will not be refunded, but credited for the new stay.
  • In case of cancellations at short notice within the last 14 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
  • Non-refundable PREPAID OFFERS, however, are to be paid 100% in advance and no cancellation or rescheduling of the stay is allowed. Therefore, in case of cancellation at any time after the booking phase, late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
  • Please consider taking out a travelcancellation insurance.
