Method of booking

Reservations are considered  as confirmed only if they are accompanied by the deposit bank transfer or credit card. For the booking it is requested to transfer a deposit of 30% of the amount. The deposit is considered as a guarantee for the final reservation. In case of cancellation we keep your deposit as a cancellation fee, unless you take out a travel insurance. It is highly recommended to complete the travel insurance which you can find on our website.

On departure day,  we ask you  to leave the room until 10.00 clock.
Upon arrival, your room is available from 14.00 clock.

For our guest's who reach us by flight, coach or train, we suggest to make use of the luggage delivery.


Payment: We accept cash, checks, Visa and Euro/Master- Card. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the arrival we charge 50% of the booking, after this period and in case of postponed arrival, we charge 100% of your stay.

Taxes: Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2014 have to pay a tourist tax of 1,30 € per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay. It can only be settled at your departure.
From 01.01.2015 this tourist tax will increase to 2,00 €.

Supplement: For reservation only for the week end we have a supplement of 10%.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
