Method of booking

Reservations are considered  as confirmed only if they are accompanied by the deposit bank transfer or credit card. For the booking it is requested to transfer a deposit of 30% of the amount. The deposit is considered as a guarantee for the final reservation. In case of cancellation we keep your deposit as a cancellation fee, unless you take out a travel insurance. It is highly recommended to complete the travel insurance which you can find on our website.

On departure day,  we ask you  to leave the room until 10.00 clock.
Upon arrival, your room is available from 14.00 clock.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Visa and Euro/Master- Card. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the arrival we charge 50% of the booking, after this period and in case of postponed arrival, we charge 100% of your stay.

Supplement: for reservation only for the week end we have a supplement of 10%.

Travel insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by European Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
